  1. Overview

  2. Barrel Screw
    1. High quality 38 crmoaia alloy steel.
    2. The material is heat treated by tempering, normalizing and nitriding.
    3. Ensure the straightness of the barrel screw and keep the same type during the heating process.
    4. The fit clearance between the barrel and the screw is within a reasonable range.
    5. The screw structure is suitable for the rationality of product pressure, conveying, plasticizing and extrusion.
    6. With the same type of screw, we have better winding wall thickness, heat preservation and pressure holding effect, and the length diameter ratio is 55:1, the product made by us has good plasticization and stability.

  3. Screen Changer
    1. Round single-plate double-position hydraulic filter is external heated by the ring heater, which is safe, energy-saving and environmental protected, the whole equipment heating can be more uniform, the overall performance can be improved effectively.
    2. Innovative structural design improves the phenomenon of material leakage and stagnation, so that the rapid replacement of filter screen can achieve the best effect.
    3. Using flexible seal device, it can meet any polymer high extrusion volume production, with different standards of extruder use.
    4. Double station quick screen change time ≤ 2 s, filter diameter is optional from Φ70 to Φ450.
    5. High wear-resistant, high pressure-resistant, high-precision filter design, can improve the effective filtering area and filtering quality.
    6. Under the conditions of pressure 25 Mpa and temperature below 300 °C, its service performance will not be affected.
    7. There are two filter cavities in the filter body, which are suitable for the process without frequent screen changing, and no need to stop the machine when changing the screen.
  4. Heating Ring
    1. The whole machine incorporates cast aluminum heating ring, which has good heating and heat preservation effect and long service life.
    2. The cooling section incorporates widened and thickened inner string water heating ring, which can automatically control the cooling time and save the start-up time.
  5. Water Pipe and Sink
    1. Water pipe and sink are made of 304 stainless steel, beautiful and generous, long service life, no rust.
    2. The cooling water of the fuselage is automatically controlled by solenoid valve, manually controlled and sprayed externally to shorten the cooling time and reduce waste.
  6. 304 Material

  7. Air Ring

  8. Traction Roller

  9. Flattening Roller

  10. Winding Device

  11. Talcum Powder Feeder
