Description
Overview
Used for dyeing or blending all kinds of loose fibers such as cotton, wool, viscose, natural fiber, polyester fiber, acrylic fiber and blended products.
Features
Many kinds of processes such as refining, bleaching, dyeing, washing, softening etc. can be finished when cotton cake is put into cage for once.
Special designed main pump ensures that flow and lift are incorporate with thickness, height and density of the cotton cake and it has such characters as low energy consumption and high performance.
Water internal flow and external flow system with auto-reversing are equipped; flow and lift can be adjusted according to different variety by frequency converter; loose fiber after dyeing has high quality.
Low bath ratio, 1:6 to 8, thereby save water, steam, fuel, additive etc.
The whole operations can be finished automatically by pc.
