Oven model NN158
Single-pass drying area with two heating chambers
First chamber uses blowing and bottom-suction method
Second chamber uses top-suction and bottom-blowing method
Hot air penetration and convection with high heat efficiency
Material is transferred by manganese steel plate from top and bottom like a sandwich
Distance between top and bottom belt can be adjusted to produce different thickness products
Adjusting range is 20 to 200 mm
Heat preservation plate is made from 1.2 mm cold roll steel
Thickness of heat insulation plate is 100 mm, inside is filled with heat-insulation and sealed by silicon nitrile rubber of high-temperature resistance
Heating method depends on buyer
Main drive of the dryer is controlled by inverters
