    1. Suitable for continuous powder application on guided horizontal surfaces
    2. Fabric runs at constant speed below the solidly assembled coating unit
    3. Powder is fed into a funnel which disperses it onto a turning roller
    4. Resiliently assembled doctor blade wipes excessive powder off, leaving it in the intermediate space of the roller surface only
    5. Powder is brushed out of the scatter roller by one oscillating brush and drops onto the fabric underneath

  6. Powder Conveying System Sfg 35
    1. Used for the automatic feed-in of powder from a silo, bag or container to the scatter coating machine
    2. A turbine produces negative pressure which causes the powder to be conveyed to the unit through a hose assembly
    3. Maximum conveying distance is 20 m (on request bigger distances)
    4. Powder is separated from the transporting air flow by a multiple bag filter and filled into the powder dispense
    5. After a cycle time which can be set by the operator, the container is emptied into the scatter machine hopper
    6. After emptying, the bag filter is cleaned with a blast of oil-free, compressed air
    7. Powder dispenser is mounted on a reversing motor-driven carrier and thus distributes the powder uniformly into the hopper of the scatter machine
    8. A level sensor ensures the accurate filling by stopping and starting the filling cycle
    9. Scope of supply includes an anti-static feed hose of 8 m length and an electronic control system
