  4. Plastic Tape Drawing Machine SY105
    1. This machine, using material of PP & HDPE, through heating, extruding and drawing, makes tape that is then wound on bobbins for circular loom weavin.
    2. Having been improved so many times, the machine can use 100% recycled PP/PE granules or powder to produce yarn.
    3. The screw and cylinder are made of nitrided 38CrMoA1A alloy steel, the hardness of which can reach over HV950.
    4. Helical gear reducer on the extruder is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel.
    5. The drive rollers are electroplated with hard Cr.
    6. Self-control tension winding roller includes the traction unit.
    7. Moreover, the barrel, tee fitting and die includes aluminium cast heater which is very durable.

  6. Cam Type Winding Machine S-STL-II/150
    1. This machine, with 2.2-3kW main motor only, is our energy-economy invention.
    2. It is a cardioid cam which replaces the former reciprocating-shaft mechanism of combination winding machine.
    3. Its guiding axle is with GCr15 bearing steel and the guiding pushing-board is moved by the match between linear rolling bearing and guiding axle.
    4. In this way, with rolling friction for the reciprocating movement, the machine can achieve less abrasion, stable movement and flat winding spindle. Its overall length is greatly shortened by using layers on both sides.
