American Pulverizer, RC 750/700, Four-Rolled, 2x 30kW

Description

  1. Roll Crushers
    1. Type RC 750/700 and type RC 1230/700.
    2. Intended for crushing a wide range of various materials, for instance paper, board, plastics, textile, wood, tires, etc.
    3. Grain size of the grinded product is from 15 to 50 mm depending on the size of the screen opening.
    4. Based on the technology of four-rolled grinding; the two middle shafts complete the preliminary grinding and the end two complete the final grinding.
    5. Frame is a massive steel structure providing reliable and effective work of the grinding disks.
    6. Cutting disks are mounted upon the four shafts; their configuration conforms to the type of the processed material.
    7. High quality chrome tool steel and the geometry of the cutting profile are premise for a qualitative grinding of the scrap and high productivity of the process.
    8. Change of the disks takes place quickly and comfortably through the removal of the cassette for the four shafts; it is dragged at some distance from the machine, sliding over two columns as in this way the access to the cutting disks facilitates.
  2. Reducer
    1. Modular steel structure, heat-treated angular gears and transmission number providing the needed speed for rotation of the shafts.
  3. Screen
    1. Its structure enables easy assembly and disassembly.
    2. Consists of four joint sifting surfaces (one under each shaft) and support frame with sliders.
  4. Driving
    1. By means of two induction motors, each with power 30 kW and rotational speed 750 rpm.
    2. Through reduction gear/chain drive the rotating moment transmits on the reducer, which runs the shafts with the cutting disks.
  5. Electric Control
    1. Worked out to accomplish the normal work of the machine, to protect the moving parts from overloading and to accomplish emergency stop in case of need.
    2. By pressing the “start” button runs the first motor in the following order from: reverse-star-triangle, pause, normal – star triangle; after that the second motor turns on in the same order.
    3. At overloading the motors reverse the direction of motion, as operates the interval of “long pause” of 5 seconds.
    4. The motors switch off completely at operation of their protective relays or thermostats as a result of overloading.
    5. On the el. panel is mounted “total stop” which at operation stops the machine.
    6. Through additionally built-in el. contact there is possibility for switching on a separate auxiliary device – transporter, ventilator, etc.
  6. Output
    1. Determined from the shape and density of the grinded material, the configuration of the cutting disks and the diameter of the screen openings.
    2. At diameter of the openings Ø 40 mm the output of grinding tires is approximately 800 kg/hr.
  7. Engineering Characteristic
    1. Power: 2 x 30 kW.
    2. Rotational speed of the motors: 750 rpm.
    3. Dimensions of the working area of the cutting disks: 750 mm x 700 mm.
    4. Number of shafts carrying the cutting disks: 4.
    5. Rotational speed of the middle shafts: 15 rpm.
    6. Rotational speed of the end shafts: 21 rpm.
    7. Diameter of the screen openings: Ø 40 mm.
    8. Type of the drive between motor and reducer: chain drive.
    9. Mass: 3100 kg.
    10. Dimensions of the process tires: 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 inches.
    11. Work duration of the cutting disks: 800 hr.
  8. Trommels
    1. Equip your recycling system with our trommels and move a step closer to simplifying the disposal process of waste reduction.
    2. Our trommel screens are a cost effective waste separation, that are custom made designs with multiple screens and settings.
    3. They have trunnion wheels that are mounted in pillow block bearings to ensure consistent, smooth operations.
    4. The chain drive is a standard feature with a hydraulic drive also available.
    5. Trommels can be portable as well.
  9. Kc Plastics Granulators
    1. Have a heavier construction than most other plastics granulators; this assures longer life and less maintenance.
    2. Because the machines are built to handle a heavy load, you can be sure that the equipment will be strong enough to handle the toughest plastics and any increased capacity you may have.
    3. Our models have grease lubricated bearing mountings in dust-tight pillow blocks on both sides of the rotor assuring a stronger construction.
    4. When you buy American you get capacity and strength to spare and operate with a lower labor cost and absolute minimum maintenance.
    5. Granulate your plastic scrap: save the cost of new plastic, easier handling, less storage space.
