  1. Overview
    1. Pulverizer for plastic chips (virgin or recycled)
    2. Machine consists of grinding chamber, grinding disc, motor, tool setting system, belt pulley, belt guard and base frame
  2. Main Machine Section
    1. Grinding chamber – a movable grinding disc and a fixed grinding disc are set in the grinding chamber
    2. Grinding disc – materials conforming to international standard by vacuum heat treatment, durable and wear-proof, are used for the movable and fixed grinding discs; the discs can be ground and sharpened every 6 to 12 months, and can be ground repeatedly
    3. Wear cycle motor – the main motor is 55 kW
  3. Vibrating Screen
    1. 1.1 kW motor
    2. Has 2 layers, mounted steadily on spring supports; the vibrating pellets bounce between the layers, which shortens the discharging time
    3. Mesh screen can be quickly replaced
  4. Vibrating Feeder
    1. Installed below the hopper, used for adjusting feeding speed
