Lavableach – Supernova machine is a desizing, washing, bleaching and finishing line wet-on-wet.
On cellulosic fabrics: desizing, bleaching, washing, both “dry-on-wet” or “wet-on-wet”.
On proteic fabrics: washing, “Angra” treatment in steaming tank, “water shock” on 100% wool and wool blends.
On different blend fabrics: a wide range of washing operations.
The line can be used all together, starting from section 1 up to section 16, or separately using two different segments: the first composed by sections 1-2-3-4, while the second is composed from section 6th to 16th.

Construction And Design
The “Lavableach – Supernova” line is fully built in 100% inox steel and projected with special care to water and energy savings.
Main characteristic of double washing tanks by Cimi is to be equipped with friction cylinders all linked with flat bands, allowing the fabric to be finished with very light tension and less stress.
Tanks are called “double washing” because they are composed by two separate washing sections and every cylinder is equipped with two squirting bars.
Every tank is equipped with its own circulation pump and its own autocleaning filter.
The fabric bath is all inside the filter and not in the washing tank.
The two sections of the line are linked with an aerial storage (made by 100% inox steel) of a 50 mts capacity used to let develop the soda process on cellulosic fabrics (previously soaked with caustic soda in part 3 of the line).
The machinery can operate in any part or section both with hard water as decalcified water.
Chemical Dosing System
The whole machinery is equipped with a chemical distribution and dosing system made by Lawer (“Dos-Chem Lawer”) composed by three steel barrels of about 1000 lts capacity with blending accessories.
The feeding to the three different sections of the line (n°3 – n°7 – n°13) is all automatically managed by the Lawer Dos CW system and it is provided with a controlled circuit of all concentrations, able to assure uniform and continuous process result.

Machine has a suction pump, able to work fabrics on both sides on section 10.
Controls
Lava-bleach is totally managed by a touch-screen pc that controls all the functions and settings.
When the line works using divided sections, there is a second “slave” control panel that manages all the machine settings of the second section.
