Usage
Used for the glue lamination of foam, fabrics, PVC, EVA as well as the materials for making shoes, cups, gloves, handbags, leather garments, sofa, seat cushions of the car and etc.
Features
The design of the complete machine emphasizes on the stable performance and secure supervision.
According to the request of the cloth and the glue, a variety of specification chromium rollers are made by measurement, which improved the lamination quality effectively and decreased the glue consumption.
It adopts the steel belt of high temperature resistance on hard chromium roller and the process of pressing cloth proceeds evenly.
Replacing the spring pressing roller with the cylinder, which raises the whole speed.
This machine is an achievement of improving the traditional spring pressing roller, on the basic of absorbing the merits of TH-120A vertical glue trough laminating machine and congeneric advanced machines.
