1.1 Bale Opener

The machine is used to open non-opened fiber, then transfer the fiber to the next working procedure according to a certainty percentage
The frame of this machine is welded by high quality carbonaceous steel with Δ8 mm thickness, and level off (a kind of process to make the surface smoothly)
The diameter for front and back beaters is Φ310 mm, and the surface is fixed by 3 nail-stick screw
Adopt two hoppers in close & open style; the machine has electronic weighing system; use photo electricity to inter-lock control, and works simultaneously with the feeding lattice of opener
The end of beater axes uses protect-tray to against the fiber tangling

The feeding horizontal lattice is wooden, with the width of 1180 mm and perimeter 2800 mm
The opener is equipped with mightiness magnet to suck the metal impurity
The diameter of feeding rollers is Φ75 mm, both up and bottom rollers have surface groove, while the upper one increases pressure via spring; the rollers and feeding lattice are controlled by 0.75 kw × 4 poles ordinary motors which are matched with 70/60:1 worm wheels

The photo-electricity controls the storage of the fiber trunk, through adjusting the vibrating plate to adjust feeding quantity
Adopt the spiked lattice to transfer the fiber; the photo-electricity controls the output of the fiber trunk
The end face of the axis has protecting tray to prevent the fiber rolling on beaters
The diameter of beater is Φ310 mm; adopt 3 nail-stick screws to fix
High quality carbon steel plates of 8 mm thick are welded into main frame with qualitative treatment
