Description

Overview
1. Provides a single or stack of 12” x 12” samples by using 4 cuts on a rotary table, using a swing cutter blade.
2. Designed to cut an accurate square-foot sample of heavy paper board, such as 42-pound and 69-pound kraft, bleached kraft, pulp or multi-ply cylinder board.
3. Sheets are held firmly in place until released, preventing slippages or size variations.
4. Index plate turns with the sheet to a slotted opening in the base.
5. Index plate is protected against wear by the use of especially-hardened steel.
6. Index plate which holds the sheet firmly in place works on a strong spring which forces rigid contact with the plate as it turns; it is fitted with a ball-bearing which insures easy operation at all times.
7. Ring-angle operation, attached to the stationary base plate.
Construction
1. Simple in construction and easily removed for sharpening.
2. Made of reinforced cast iron and fitted with heavy-duty springs.
Safety and Maintenance
1. Safety device attached to the knife prevents it from dropping and harming the operator.
2. Knife stays sharp for several months with constant use.
