Fully automatic production Line for convoluting foam sheets with automatic pre-cutting, automatic side trimming, cross cutting and automatic high-capacity stacker
Capacity: if panels are 2000 mm long (80 inches), you get 3 panels per minute

Requires 2 40 foot HQ containers to ship

Horizontal foam cutter with panel delivery system and automatic feed to the convoluter
First positioning worktable
Automatic heavy duty convoluter (many designs available), working width 2300 mm (speed 9 meters per minute maximum)
Second positioning worktable, automatic feed to side trimmers
Side trimming machines (left and right side trimmers)
Widthwise cross cutting machine (guillotine type)
Exit conveyor extension type ramp conveyor with automatic stacking machine at the end; maximum stacking height 2500 mm; stacking machine overall height 3650 mm; maximum length 2100 mm
