Description Overview Multi-functional coating head offering any wet coating possibility on the same station. Designed for both direct and transfer coating operation. Used to manufacture artificial leather, coated textiles, and other coated materials in bobbin. Can apply any kind of solvent-based or water-based resin (PU, acrylic, silicone, etc.) and work with foamed products. Rotating turret enables quick and easy change of the coating system as required by production requirements. Coating Systems Available Thickness coating over counter-roller. On-air coating (floating knife) by doctor blade (knife). Synchro rollercoating over counter-roller. Reverse rollercoating over counter-roller. On-air reverse rollercoating. Construction and Design Solid monolithic steel frame, welded for higher torsional rigidity. Turret supporting the roller changing device. Turret can be configured to mount two engraved rollers and one doctor blade (coating knife) or two blades and one engraved roller. Adjustment and Control Micrometric adjustment of the coating thickness is motorized. Value digital display on the control panel. Adjustment can be set independently right/left or in tandem.
