Portable Fluidized Bed Medical Waste Incinerator, 3 Tons/Hr, 1200 F Chamber, Trailer Mounted

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Transportable fluidized bed incineration system
    2. Consists of a primary calcine chamber with fluidized bed and 4 Eclipse Ratiomatic burners
    3. Mounted on two flatbed trailers
  2. Specifications
    1. Temperature in the chamber up to 1200 °F
    2. Capacity: up to 3 tons of waste per hour
    3. Volatized gases are pulled out of the chamber into a self-cleaning baghouse where all particulates are removed from the gases
    4. Hot gas stream is then transferred to a combustion chamber where any remaining contaminants are oxidized and destroyed at 1800 °F
    5. Heat from the afterburner is used to heat the gases/air for the fluidized bed
  3. Operation
    1. Waste material is fed into the chamber from the top of the unit, and then spread on a fluidizing bed constructed of evenly-spread air/gas inlet orifices
    2. Preheated gas flows through the orifices with the necessary pressure and velocity to generate fluidization of the waste, accelerating the incineration process
