Description

  1. Features
    1. Ss 316 construction steamer, with additional external steam saturator. The steam feeding to the steamer is through the steam saturator which ensures uniform and saturated steam feeding and proper conditioning.
    2. Steam lock at entry – steam heated lips at the entry of the steamer.
    3. Water lock at exit – water lock at exit to avoid steam leakage along with the fabric moving out. Also avoids sudden cooling down of the fabric as it moves out of the steamer.
    4. Temperature up to 102 c.
    5. All rollers are 193mm diameter. Drive to top rollers (every third top roller is driven with torque motor).
    6. Heated roof to avoid condensation and water drops. Glycerine bath on the hood with steam heated coils. This keeps the hood heated uniformly and avoids any cold pockets and condensation during the operation.
    7. Large glass doors with silicon sealing for easy threading and cleaning.
    8. Nip at exit of the steamer after fabric moves through the water lock. Squeezes the excess water as well as pulls the fabric for further feeding to washing boxes.

    6. Electrical: 10 kw, 415 v, 3 phase 50 hz supply.
  3. Scope Of Supply
    1. Ss 316 construction, steamer with following scope: cloth entry with heated lips and exhaust arrangement.
    2. Fabric exit with steam locking duct.
    3. Steamer consisting of 6 sections, each of 15 mtrs fabric content.
    4. Each section consisting of: 5 nos. top rollers, 193 mm dia s.s. 316 with bearing; 5 nos. bottom rollers, 193 mm dia s.s. 316 with bearing; two nos. drive to top rollers; two nos. window for accessibility and cleaning; one no. hood with provision to fill glycerin, with steam heated coil; one no. steam inlet pipe for feeding fresh steam from steam saturator.
    5. Roof heating arrangement comprising of oil bath and indirect steam heating to avoid the water dropping.
    6. Steam saturator. Water level gauge glass.
    7. Windows for illumination and accessibility with large handle grips insulated.
    8. Automatic temperature controller with indicator, one for roof heating and second for steamer heating.
    9. Temperature sensor provided at the exit of steamer.
  4. Squeezing Nip
    1. Nip - designed for a maximum pressure of 5 dan/cm (5 kg./cm.) roller width and consisting of: two side frames and binders; one driven rubber roll of 180 mm dia; one rubber roll of 180 mm dia; one set of pneumatic loading arrangement; one dip tray; one nip guard cum spray pipe with 1/2" nb valve; one set of drive 2.2 kw a.c. motor with a.c. inverter; one guide rollers.
