Overview
Working width: 2500 mm
Composed of upper and lower net conveyor belts made of glass fiber, complete with tracking system
Two heating modules, each of length 2000 mm
Cooling and calibrating section, length about 1500 mm
Direction of cooling air: from top to bottom
Insulation throughout the entire casing of the machine by panels of glass or rock wool
Connecting pipes with the outside are excluded
Heating Modules
Adjustment of the distance between the upper and lower belts up to 200 mm
Specially designed alternating slot nozzles that blow hot air directly through the material from top to bottom, from bottom to top, or from both directions
Circulating hot air controlled by a ventilator with inverter, allowing non-stop air regulation
Large doors on the drive and operator sides allow access to the transport belts and nozzles
Double net filter system of the heated air
Exhaust air fan for suction of hot air discharged from the heating zones of the oven
