  9. Operational Principle
    1. Ice cream material and proper air enter freezing drum through gearing pump
    2. Freon compressor starts refrigerating
    3. Scraper inside freezing drum mixes material and air
    4. Stainless steel blade scrapes frozen ice cream on internal wall
    5. Ice cream exits through discharge pump
