Description Overview Polyester fiber plant Year: 2003 Deniers available to produce: 3, 6, 12, 15, 20 deniers / solid PES Solid type quality Specifications Capacity: 30 to 36 tons per day Each line has 10 extruders, normally 20 extruders, but 17 extruders are running Production capacity per extrusion: 1,700 to 1,800 kg per 24 hours Per day capacity: 30 to 31 tons per 24 hours (with 17 extrusions) Per day capacity: 35 to 36 tons per 24 hours (with 20 extrusions, by adding 3 more extrusions) One line has 10 extruders; we have 2 lines, so totally that makes 20 extruders, but 17 extruders are active out of 20 extruders Drying and Processing PET flakes drying system: electric Number of PES fiber drying ovens: 2 ovens (by gas or diesel) 2 groups of cylinders for stretching fiber cables 2 crimping boxes 2 ovens for drying fibers, with 4 chambers per oven (total of 8 sections in 2 ovens) Drying system inside oven is by serpentines (steam goes through small holes) Baling and Output Bale press machines with pistons and electronic scaling system 250 to 300 kg per bale Condition Good running condition
