  2. Machine Frame
    1. Composed of movable upper frame and fixed lower frame.
    2. Movable upper frame is fixed on precision ball-linear-slide.
    3. Lower frame made by wall thick steel plate, with precision machining after heat treatment, to ensure precision coating.
  3. Tension Control
    1. A set of power grip clutches controlled the S type rubber rollers to control the fabric tension, located underneath of the lower frame.
  4. Speed Control
    1. Coating roller speed control by a set of 5 hp inverter motor, speed synchronized with the main speed by ratio controller.
  5. Clean Device
    1. Clean device of coating roller with a coating dregs storage pan.
  6. Slat Type Expanding Roller
    1. To prevent fabric wrinkle before coating, aluminum alloy made.
  7. Coating Blade Mechanism
    1. Coating blade is fixed on a square steel pipe which was precision machining after heat treatment, thus can manually adjust the blade angle or change the blade, also, with up/down and left/right position adjustable.
  8. Weft Adjust Rollers
    1. In front of blade installed a roller which can move forward/backward on both side respectively.
    2. Also, a banana roller installed at the lower part of entry, this banana roll can move left and right manually.
  9. Coating Wall
    1. The coating wall made by teflon, can change easily.
    2. Plus base and back plate, can do foam coating.
  10. Coating Wall Epc Mechanism
    1. Coating wall epc mechanism use area type IR sensor, cooperate with DC motor can be ratio controlled, a set of rolled-ball screw is inside of the square pipe can avoid the pollution of the coating, IR sensor located at the backside of the blade.
  11. Blade
    1. Length 2600 mm, thickness 2~7 mm (tip type and thickness on request).
    2. Blade tip use HSS (high speed steel), with fine grind after heat treatment.
  12. Blade Up/Down
    1. The blade up/down motion controlled by pneumatic cylinder, stroke: 100 mm.
  13. Auto Gap Control
    1. With a digital type gap controller to control the coating thickness.
    2. A set of lvtd position detector can precisely tune the gap between blade tip and fabric automatically, according to the input figures by the operator (accuracy: 0.001 mm, actual control accuracy: 0.003~0.005 mm).
  14. Blade Forward/Backward Control
    1. By push button control the blade can move forward/backward in position accuracy: 0.01 mm, with limit switch for limit position.
  15. Coating Supply Device
    1. A coating supply tube fixed on a traverse moving tackle, with no rod pneumatic cylinder controlled, can easily reposition the moving width according to fabric width.
    2. With 2 coating supply tube, can fast fix the tube.
  16. Operation Platform
    1. The platform made by shape steel and covered with riffled plate, and underneath the riffled plate covered with wood plate to prevent rust drop to fabric.
  17. Coating Pump
    1. Viscosity range: 30,000~45,000 cps.
  18. Types of Coating Application
    1. On roller, on air, on slot, and 4th position coating, all fabric paths must be harden processed, and the radius at buyer’s request.
