  1. Overview
    1. Motes cotton fiber cycle and garnett machines
    2. Feed system consists of bale breaker, willow, boric acid dispenser, and oil feed and spray system
    3. Fiber in the willow is saturated with oil and boric acid (flame retardant)
    4. Fiber exits willow through ducts to condenser
    5. Condenser separates fiber from air and drops fiber onto conveyor belt
    6. Conveyor feeds, on demand, to each of the three feed hoppers
    7. Bramwell feed hoppers push fiber into the garnet machines
  2. Garnett Machines
    1. Three garnett line
    2. 2 outer machines are 20 in breaker/20 in finish
    3. Center main machine is 20 in breaker/30 in finish
    4. All are 60 in wide
    5. All are double doffer
    6. All have duesberg bossom comb boxes
    7. All machines have their own snow-nesbitt cross lapper (horizontal)
    8. All sections (feed hopper, licker, breaker main, finish main, and finish double doffers) controlled by individual electric motors
  3. Post-Processing
    1. Fiber then falls to 75 ft long, 91 in wide floor apron
    2. Floor apron feeds through compression rollers
    3. Slitters trim fiber to whatever size desired
    4. Once trimmed, fiber is folded by bat folders
  4. Additional Information
    1. All three machines are equipped with under-scrapers
    2. Under-scrapers and trim from slitter feed into 12 bag, bag house before returning clean fiber to bale breaker
    3. Cotton is cleaned by a picker before being sorted by a condenser and added to bale breaker
    4. Includes roll-up machine
