Filling machine for pillows and quilts with all materials: polyester, feather, expanded polyurethane, cotton, wool, etc.
The widened shape of the turbine enables remarkable filling performance; using the special tube, material can be sucked directly from various containers.
Braking is very rapid (about 1/10 of a second) and requires no maintenance as it is obtained through a pneumatic device.
The control device is a pneumatic foot-lever, leaving the operator with both hands free.
Equipped with safety motor protector switch and speed variation; can be supplied in both one-phase and three-phase versions.
Fan speed is adjustable from 2000 to 4200 rpm to optimize filling speed for pillow shape and size; at maximum speed, material filled is about 200 grams per second.
On the material load side, there are 2 dampers to prevent overloading of the turbine and material block; when the pedal is released, material flow and then airflow are blocked.
The particular shape of the outlet pipe allows filling of pillows with airtight lining.
The turbine is made of cast aluminum.
Application of grippers on the outlet pipe allows a single operator to use more fillers at a time; the time the grippers stay closed is adjustable to set the amount of material inside the pillow with good precision.
Built in conformity with EEC directives 2006/42/CE, 2004/108/CE, and 2006/95/CE and successive modifications, and marked CE.
