  1. Overview
    1. Bobbin and cones dryer in closed vessel – without pressure – working by differential pressure principle and high volume blower and loads up to 30 kg (base: 100% pes).
    2. Equipment manufactured in steel plate with special surface treatments for drying textile yarns in cones or bobbins placed in the internal fixed carrier (triangular spindles).
    3. It is necessary condition that the yarn after dyeing process has to be centrifuged around 20 minutes and then goes to the yarn dryer 30.
    4. Inside of the equipment, hot and dry air are controlled electronically and will pass starting from the bottom to the top, thus taking the control of relative humidity made by a humidity sensor.
    5. This cycle will happen again as many times it is necessary for an ideal humidity read at electronic controller.
    6. The average temperature of air in the system is around 90 degrees celsius (194 degrees fahrenheit) considered ideal for drying natural and artificial materials.

    1. Cotton yarn: 2 hours (humidity 6%).
    2. Polyester yarn: 40 minutes (humidity 3%).
    3. Pes+co (~400 g/dm3): 2 hours, 50 minutes.
