Integrated motorized working and assembling conveyors.
Strong construction with nice design; everything synchronized and automated.
The integrated working tables are essentially additional motorized conveyor sections that can be synchronized for workflow and smooth operation with the roll coater or the press.
Used for loading or unloading foam layers, or as an assembly table before the press, adding additional automation for workflow.

Both tables have a length of 2200 mm.
Features
The assembly table is provided with foldable wings on both sides of the unit.
Primarily used as an assembly table as the foldable wings reduce reaching while assembling smaller mattress sizes.
