  1. Overview
    1. It is for the pre-squeezing of fabrics in tubular form or tube form wet, to come out to open width and homogeneous squeezing and flat folding after the padding mangle.
    2. It is suitable for wide fabrics in rope form, wet (or dry) with the assistance of a fabric spreader.
    3. The machine comes in 2 or 4 different versions and with different types of squeezing rollers.
  2. Processing Steps
    1. To control tubular fabric proceeding with automatic photocell: rope form fabric opened at the detwister is cut to open width with the help of the tower cylinder after being squeezed by the low pressure cylinder and is then delivered to the tube cutting unit. The detwister is synchronized with the rotary table. The rope is spread open. Rope opened at the detwister is cut to open width by the slitter controlled by a photocell. It is possible to adjust the tube size between 30 and 80 cm according to the type of the fabric. Cutting process of the tube is done manually or automatically.
    2. To open the fabric: fabrics cut at the tube cutting unit are opened by fabric extender cylinders and the centering process is performed. All centering process is equated automatically according to all widths of fabrics. Fabric entering the centering unit enters the padding mangle tub passing through a fabric opening cylinder. Enzyme cleaning takes place on the padding mangle. The fabric is washed front and back by 20 nozzles. The work is completed by flat folding the fabric.
