The flock is loaded into a box at bottom level (flock box)
A vacuum piping system takes the flock to the 4 brushes
Under the first brush works number 1 grid
Under the 2nd brush work number 2 grids
Under the 3rd brush work number 2 grids
Under the 4th brush work number 3 grids
The flock excess is collected by a second vacuum system and cyclon (this flock can be reused)
Performance Specifications
Average speed 17 meter/minute with thin viskose and nylon flock
Very little flock wastage because this line doesn't cause flock bullets
No craters
Professional workers can guarantee an extremely good color consistency in both direction: edge to edge and start of the production to the end of the production (the flock need a low activation)
Very high abrasion resistance because the high number of beater bars
Fabric tension controlled by inverters
The following speed can be controlled: the 3 screws of the flock box, the 3 brushes
Usable flocked width up to 1550 mm
Both compact and foamed adhesifs can be easily used
The fire extinguisher system uses CO2 and pressure controller

This line has been designed by the owner mixing Italian know how of "flocking with stenter" with the American know how of brushes + grids
It is a perfect line for fabric backing (display, box covering, garment, upholstery)
