Description

  1. Overview
    1. Both models belong to a pneumatic flotation machine.
    2. The first model has the ability of imbibing ore pulp and is used as an ore pulp imbibing tank.
    3. The second model is used as a direct flow tank without self-priming ability.
    4. The tanks are arranged horizontally, and no foam pulp is required.
  2. Key Features
    1. Large-diameter conical impeller and short blade rotor are adopted, which have low abrasion and simple structure.
    2. The machine produces large processing capacity and low energy consumption.
    3. Compared with other flotation machines, the electric saving of this model can reach 30% to 50%.
    4. Aeration disperser is arranged in the middle of the impeller, which makes the dispersion of aeration uniform and the mixing sufficient.
    5. Compared with other flotation machines, this model has 10% to 15% chemical consumption saving.
    6. With the reducing of the ore accumulated at the bottom of the tank by U-shaped tank, the circulation of the ore pulp is improved.
    7. It is easy to start the machine without ore drawing when stop working.
