Description Overview Manufactured by Bindler Year: 1984 Can produce solid, filled or shell products Line is rated at around 14-16 moulds per minute Currently producing around 300 kgs per hour Mould size of 300 x 300 x 30 mm high, the line holds approx. 420 moulds Line Components Exit from demoulder to Bindler 1st depositor, with Allen Bradley PanelView 300 PLC controls Vibration section Single file moulds being pushed 4 moulds at a time into mould turnover section with return sump (for shell products) 1st cooling tunnel, 6000 mm long x 1600 mm wide 180 degree turn to transport belt 2 2nd stand alone depositor used for fillings like chocolate/caramel and chocolate/inclusions Vibration section Bindler 3rd depositing section, for other inclusions or centres 2 x vibration sections Mould licking roller to remove excess chocolate from top of mould Smaller mould licking roller (used to remove excess caramel) 180 degree turn into 2nd cooling tunnel, 5000 mm long x 1600 mm wide Heating for heating up top of chocolate, for backing off products Bindler 4th depositor, used for backing off products Through into 4th cooling tunnel 5000 mm long x 1600 mm wide Into demoulding section, with mould turnover, hammer demould, mould re-inverter/turnover and mould out again to Bindler 1st depositor Product exit after demould through Goring Kerr 370 mm wide x 30 mm high metal detector with drop down belt reject Included Stand alone refrigeration unit is available and included with this line for the cooling tunnels
