Description

  1. Overview
    1. Tissue manufacturing plant with capacity of ±30 tons/day using recycled or virgin fibres.
    2. Product with deckle of 2650 mm max, diameter of up to 1450 mm and range for 14 to 35 gsm at 5.5% moisture.
    3. Complemented by cast-iron yankee of 2500 mm diameter, gas fired hood (300°C).
    4. Daf unit to recycle waste water to process water at the rate of 30 kl/hr and two pieralisi jumbo-4 centrifuges to handle waste water at the rate of ±65 c³/hr.
    5. In 1994 - toscotech gravity cushion head box machine was installed at 20 t/day product range – 1 ply, 2-ply, kitchen towel, wipes and facial tissues (15 to 35 gsm).
    6. In 1997 – rebuilt with crescent former head box by toscotec along with stock prep upgrade with hd pulper, de-inking, screens, gas fired hood and honeywell dcs.
    7. Capacity increased to 30 tons/day, annual volume of 10,000 tons.
