  1. Overview
    1. Air bubble film machinery with off-line processing, starting from PE rolls.

  2. Unwind Unit
    1. Two position unwinding, one for each layer, with air expansion shafts (internal diameter of the core 76 mm).
    2. Pneumatic disk brakes and lateral adjustment devices.
    3. Designed for the unwinding of rolls of LDPE, coated paper, or aluminium, etc.
  3. Central Unit
    1. Independent motorized nip-rolls to set the tension for each film.
    2. Banana rolls and calenders heated by water into closed circuit for pre-heating of the films.
    3. Interchangeable forming cylinder with bubble diameters of 10 mm and 4 mm.
    4. Height with quick joint for water and suction.

  4. Third Layer Unit
    1. Laminates a third layer of film with independent nip-roll.
    2. Welding cylinder in silicone rubber cooled internally and externally by an external suitable roll.
    3. Chrome-plated cylinder and film heating by special hot air oven in steel heated by electrical resistances with electrical movement on rack controlled by touch screen.
    4. Two position unrolling unit with semiautomatic change designed for materials such as LDPE, HDPE, foam, coated paper, coated aluminium, etc.
    5. Air expansion shafts, pneumatic disk brakes, lateral adjustment devices, and pneumatic automatic accessory to joint the films.
  5. Thermoregulation Water Unit
    1. Controls and maintains constant the temperature of the forming cylinder and heating calenders.
  6. Longitudinal Cutting
    1. Four longitudinal blades to split the roll of air-bubble film in different parts.
    2. Blade holders in aluminium and hard steel blades.
    3. Pneumatic driving gear controlled from the touch screen.
  7. Aspiration System for Trims
    1. Cuts by circular knives and collects waste edge trims into plastic bags under vacuum.
    2. Transportation pipes with venturi system.
  8. Rewinding Unit
    1. Duplex plus with two cantilevered air shafts auto turret winder with motorized nip-roll.
    2. Automatic changeover cycle operating by fling knife after stopping the film.

    4. Self expanding air shafts when a new core is inserted and for unloading of produced rolls.
