  2. Assembly Instructions
    1. Include this assembly print with parts order so installer has the instructions for mounting the ball nut to the lift bracket.
    2. Attaching ball nut to rubber pad and lift bracket.
    3. Purpose of the rubber pad is to allow the ball nut to move horizontally relative to the lift bracket slide bellows onto ball screw before installing ball nut.
    4. Install ball nut and wiper kit on screw using manufacture instructions and making sure to not lose any of the ball bearings.
    5. Install bolts from the bottom through the ball nut rubber pad and into the lift bracket.
    6. The bolts should be finger tight and then loosened 1 full turn.
    7. Install jam nut on top of the lift bracket to prevent bolts from loosening.
    8. Attach ball retainer sleeve to ball screw in case installer needs to remove the ball nut.
  3. Attaching Bearing and Sprockets to Ball Screw
    1. Install key into key slot.
    2. Slide two sprockets onto lower section of ball screw.
    3. Slide bearing spacer into bearing and then onto lower section of ball screw.
    4. Install retainer washer with bolt and lock washer.
    5. Tighten set screw in bearing onto bearing spacer.
    6. Tighten sprocket set screws on the key, then tighten other set screws.
  4. Installation Notes
    1. Both sides of the saw will use the twin sprocket design; there is no longer a right side and left side version.
    2. Lubricate with "slipstick" grease 799100077 or equal.
    3. Install sticker with identification notes on saw.
    4. White rubber isolator will help identify that this is a new style screw.
