Fully Automatic Gauze Folding Machine with Packing - Overview

1. This production line is a fully automatic four-lanes gauze folding with paper to paper packaging production line without edge folding, specially designed for the medical dressing industry.

2. Pre-slit absorbent gauze rolls are fed onto the rear rack.

3. Four-lanes independent unwinding, synchronous traction and fixed-length cutting.

4. Afterwards, folded gauze pieces are directly conveyed into the paper to paper packaging machine by an automatic inline conveying device to complete the fully automatic packaging.
