Spencer Turbine, VB075, Regenerative Vacuum Blower, 10-15 hp, 3-Phase

Description

  1. Blower Specifications
    1. Driven by a totally-enclosed fan-cooled (tefc) induction motor.
    2. Motor ships pre-wired for either 208–230 V or 460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz.
    3. Horsepower: 7.5 hp on the narrow 50-88 model; 10–15 hp on wider 60/96-inch tables.
    4. Airflow is roughly 900–1,300 cfm at 60–80.-H₂O static pressure.
    5. Sufficient to keep a 12- to 15-ft table fully evacuated even with the foam kerf gap open.
    6. Medium-pressure regenerative blower (centrifugal side-channel style).
    7. Dry-running, needs virtually no maintenance, can pull 70-110 in-H₂O (≈18–27 kPa).
  2. Blower Brands And Models
    1. North America: Spencer Turbine (Vortex VB series), models VB075 (10 hp) and VB110 (15 hp), duty up to ≈645 scfm, 3.9 psig / 7.6 in-Hg vac.
    2. Europe / MEA / many Asia-Pac installs: Elektror airsystems (HD / SD side-channel), models HD 6/1-FU or SD 7/2-FU (7.5-15 kW), duty up to ≈900 m³/h, 27 kPa vac/press.
    3. Both brands are electrically interchangeable with the 208-230/460 V 3-phase motors shown on ESCO wiring prints.
    4. Exact size depends on table width (51-, 60- or 88-inch) and whether single- or dual-stage hold-down was ordered.
  3. Specifications
    1. Application: Vacuum hold-down system for horizontal foam cutters
