Overview
Machine is specifically designed for closing rolofl cushions, feather pillows, carded cushions, cushions with foam and synthetic fibres, all kinds of cushions, even big shaped sizes.
Special plates (both motorized) and extended sewing block assist the operator in sewing any kind of shaped cushions and different materials.
Double conveying system ensures regular material conveyance, providing high quality to the seam and the product, especially for removable cover sofas.
Versatility and performance
Kits and accessories are available to meet the most different requirements.
Capable of sewing light cotton, nonwoven, fabrics coupled with synthetic fibres, polyester, carded and similar materials.
Capable of sewing feather pillows.
Capable of sewing heavy material such as cushions in synthetic fibres or dacron coupled with foam, cushions with springs, etc.
Stitch length adjustable from 1 up to 5 mm.
