    2. Suitable to perform with different weight of carded rolled fibre and different type of visco-latex, memory foam, polyurethane, and similar.
    3. Covers can be of different material such as cotton, elasticized fabric, non woven, with or without zip.
    4. Can also perform with different kind/size of bags like bags with zip, with handle, and PE bags.
  3. Innovative Technical Features
    1. Automatic tensioning of the cushion cover on the arms, with no assistance of operator; gives perfect squaring of material; speeds up the filling process.
    2. Software to set each function of the machine.
    3. Conveying system to feed the material to the stuffing unit with no assistance of the operator.
  4. Versatility and Performance
    1. Performance consists in a first manual phase: introduction of the cover on the filling belt by the operator.
    2. Machine checks the cushion cover tension, starts the automatic stuffing, and fills the cushion or the pillow.
    3. While the machine is filling, the operator introduces another cover on the spreading arms.
    4. Only one (unskilled) operator is necessary to start the cycle, being able to get 12 to 15 pieces per minute.
