Description

  1. Overview
    1. Main working procedures: raw material feeding, vertical folding, horizontal folding, center cutting (using an imported band-saw to cut folded wipes with neat cutting edges), pneumatic piece-counting, and finished product output.
    2. Can be fed with raw materials up to 450 mm wide for making ¼ folded wipes.
    3. Uses a frequency conveyor to adjust the running speed of the main machine and the cutting system.
    4. Electronic system has a reasonable and fine wire layout and is very easy to operate.
    5. Working table uses thick iron plate and its entire surface is enwrapped by 304# stainless steel.
    6. Band saw wheel has been technically treated to avoid slipping during real running.
    7. Special rubber is enwrapped on the surface of the wheel to decrease working noise.
    8. Tail shelf installs one set of broad-strap synchronous transferring system to feed and adjust tension of different raw materials, ensuring stable running during production.
