Features
Hopper can be filled manually or automatically using buyer’s transport system continuously or manually.
Hopper body is made from food-grade structural ultraplastic.
Safety bunker crossbar performs emergency stop switch function; stops the machine if operator performs loading of a container (not acceptable in case of automatic loading).
Mass feeds into rotating device by means of special clamping devices and systems; after forming, products fall on belt cantilever structure.
Security devices shut off the machine if front door is open; side doors are made of aluminum or stainless steel (optional).
Control of forming device movement uses frequency-controlled actuators; touch panel allows operator to maintain formulation and production parameters, simplifying machine management.
