Overview
Combined raw wool washing machine for opening and scouring grease wool to remove weeds, crumbs, sand, soil, impurities and grease retained in wool.
Capacities available: 150 to 250 kg per hour, 350 kg per hour.
Raw Wool Feeder
Used for feeding cotton to opening, washing and drying.
Model Nova-1: width 1520 mm, dimension 2453 x 2350 x 2720 mm, weight 1.8 t.
Model Nova-2: width 1830 mm, dimension 2453 x 2660 x 2720 mm, weight 2.4 t.
Horizontal lattice: distance between working side to ground is 643 mm, driving speed is 1.1 to approximately 3 meters per minute.
Tilted lattice: horn height 32 mm, horn distance 32 mm (parallel arrangement), driving speed 6.5 to approximately 15.2 meters per minute.
Evener harrow: working sway 161.5 times per minute.
Stripper roller: diameter 487 mm, rotational speed 104 to approximately 161.5 meters per minute.
Driving method: driven by individual motors with v-belt.
Raw Wool Three Cylinder Opener
Combined raw wool scouring machine suited for opening and cleaning grease of wool, cashmere and camel hair to remove impurities of sandy, soil, weeds and burrs.
Working width: bw = 150 mm.
Feeding rollers: top feeding roller with groove on outside cylinder, d0 = 142 mm; bottom feeding roller with smooth surface on outside cylinder, d0 = 142 mm.
Suited for washing and removing weeds crumbs, sandy, soil and impurities from opening wool, then for use of drying.
Type: harrow with pin.
Total bowl quantity: five.
Working width of washing bowl: 1520 mm.
Volume: first and second bowl 10.5 m³, third, fourth and fifth bowl 8.5 m³.
