Advanced down washing and centrifuging machine that integrates washing and centrifuging functions in one independent machine.
Replaces older down washing and centrifuging machinery, promoting washing technology with high-new technology.
Key Features
Full automatic control by micro computer; every step from feather-in, water-in, heating, washing, rinsing, centrifuging to feather-out is fully automatic.
High work efficiency with work capacity of 80 to 150 kg every time and 5 to 7 times every shift (eight hours).
Non-stirring washing reduces friction and collision between feathers and machinery, highly reducing feather damage ratio.
Rotating drum and outer roller material are all stainless steel structure, resistant to acid and alkali and not rust, improving down washing quality.
Reduces water consumption by about 30% compared with older feather washing machinery.
Warm water washing using steam to heat and enhance down washing quality and efficiency.
Incorporates frequency control speed system which is simple in structure, works stably, and is high quality.
