Atmospheric conditions: temperature 20° ± 2° Celsius, relative humidity 65 ± 5%, temperature during installation minimum 18° Celsius (suggested air conditioned control and air filtration unit for efficient working conditions)

Machine Specification
The machine is one part of the opening and blending system for the complete nonwoven process; equipped with five rollers with carding wires and has a mini carding structure
Can operate in closed work environments (production halls, warehouses, etc.) protected from weather with no danger of fire or explosion
Side fabric opener machine: part of finishing and recycling; trim fabric from side cutting and suction and cutting machine is re-opened and transferred to big hopper blender to reuse by fan; recycled felt is sent back to hopper blender (treated online)
