Description

  1. Overview
    1. The agglomerator can recycle waste plastic films and other products less than 2mm wall thickness into granules.
    2. It is suitable to agglomerate waste products or films made of soft PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PP and other thermoplastics.
    3. When the waste plastic is fed into the chamber of the machine, it will be cut into small chips by shredding function of the rotating knives against the fixed knives.
    4. During the grinding process, the material will soak up lots of heat from the frictional movement of the material being granulated and the material becomes semi-plastic.
    5. The particles will stick with each other due to plasticization function.
    6. Before it sticks to each other completely, cold water is sprayed into the material being ground.
    7. The water will be evaporated off quickly and the surface temperature of material will drop down quickly, therefore the material being ground will be transformed into small particles or granules (pellets).
    8. The particles are of different sizes and can be colored by using of color agent added into the chamber during the grinding process.
    9. The granules can be used for extrusion or injection moulding.
    10. Also can be pelletized for further use.
