  1. Overview
    1. Bale opener (2 sets) and sealed bale opener (1 set) – item 001.
    2. Fiber opening machine for low melt fiber or PP (1 set) – item 002.

  2. Item 001 – Bale Opener (2 Sets) And Sealed Bale Opener (1 Set)
    1. Used to pre-open bale-packed fiber, then transfer the fiber to the next process according to the requested percentage, with electronic weighing system; several sets are combined together for different fiber types to be blended together.
    2. Working width: 1400 mm.
    3. Capacity: 250 kg/hour per set (based on first class 6D PET fiber).
    4. Control method: photoelectric.
    5. Weighing system: photo-electronic.
    6. Conveying lattice is made of two sub-section PVC lattices in high and low dislocation arrangement; underneath is added a support plate to bearing 150 kg.
    7. Feeding is controlled automatically by photoelectric controls and the pinned lift conveyor is controlled by separate inverter to control the feeding amount.
    8. Weigh pans are made from aluminum alloy, controlled by air cylinders; each weigh pan can weigh 3 kg and 3 times per minute; the weighing is very accurate.
  3. Item 002 – Fiber Opening Machine (For Low Melt Fiber Or PP)
    1. Mainly used to fully open low melt fiber and feed to the bale opener.
    2. Working width: 1000 mm.
    3. Capacity: up to 250 kgs/hour based on 6D first glass PET fiber.
  4. Item 003 – Pre-Opener
    1. Suitable for opening and mixing the pre-opened fiber, which will be transferred to big chamber blender.
    2. Working width: 1500 mm.
    3. Opening method: pin plates.
    4. Diameter of opening roller: 520 mm (including height of pin plate).
    5. Speed of opening roller: 900 rpm.
    6. Production capacity: 800 kg/hour at 6 denier fiber.
    7. Installed power: 21.5 kW.
    8. Frame is welded with Q235-A steel plate.
    9. Feeding lattice is leather lattice.
    10. Feeding roller is Φ150 mm steel groove roller with counter-press structure from above and from the bottom.
    11. Opening roller is Φ450 mm seamless steel tube matched with wooden pin plates, dynamically balanced.
    12. Transfer fan is driven separately, matched with transfer air hose Φ300 mm, and there is a powerful magnet separator on the transitional part.
    13. Feeding is controlled by a photo electric cell on feed tower of main opener, with reversing switch.
  5. Item 004 – Big Chamber Blender
    1. Used to mix and store the opened fiber in a large volume to achieve continuous automated production.
    2. Working width: 2000 mm.
    3. Height of storage: 3500 mm.
    4. Volume of fiber storage: 38 m³.
    5. Diameter of fiber average roller and fiber stripping roller: 420 mm (including the height of the spikes).
    6. Production capacity: 800 kg/hour.
    7. Machine frame is welded with 2 mm thickness Q235-A steel plate and bolted together.
    8. Horizontal delivery lattice is anti-skidding type, strengthened by many rollers in the center.
    9. Pinned lattice is made of high-quality wood with canvas interlining and surrounded with angle steel for support.
    10. Diameter of the fiber roller and fiber stripping roller is 500 mm including the height of the spikes and there are 3 rows in total.
    11. Rotary separator ensures the fiber is distributed in the blending chamber evenly.
    12. Two photo electric sensors control the feeding.
    13. A gate is set at the end of the box, for cleaning the interior conveniently; it is also equipped with safety switch.
  6. Item 005 – Main-Opener
    1. Suitable to further open the fiber delivered over by pre-opener, which will be transferred to next working process by air duct.
    2. Working width: 1500 mm.
    3. Opening method: pin plate opening.
    4. Diameter of opening roller: 520 mm.
    5. Speed of opening roller: 900 rpm.
    6. Production capacity: 800 kg/hour.
    7. Frame is welded with Q235-A steel plate.
    8. Feeding lattice is leather lattice.
    9. Feeding roller is Φ150 mm steel groove roller with counter-press structure from above and from below.

  7. Item 006 – Vibrating Feeder
    1. Suitable to mix and feed the opening fiber evenly into the carding machine.
    2. Working width: 2600 mm.
    3. Production capacity: 800 kg/hour (6D polyester of first grade).
    4. Control method: photoelectric.
    5. Machine frame is a Q235-A steel plate.
    6. Pinned lattice is high quality PVC lattice, with thick canvas backing and angle steel supporting.
    7. Horizontal feed lattice is a high quality anti-skipping leather lattice, one in front of the pinned lattice and one behind the pinned lattice.
    8. Diameter of averaging and stripping rollers with pins: Φ380 mm, with three lines of pins on, the ends of the roller are anti-fiber-tangle.
    9. Vibrating plate is made of 1.2 mm thickness stainless steel plate, polishing and providing for no fiber-hanging.
    10. Two photo electric sensors control in the collector hopper and feeding hopper, and distance can be adjusted for 300 mm.
    11. Worm wheel manually adjusts the width of vibrating feeding hopper and adjusting range is 100 mm.
    12. High level fiber storage hopper is added at the fiber feeding entrance, and the fiber is delivered by roller feeding.
  8. Item 007 – Condenser (2 Sets)
    1. Used to transport the fiber; with fan suction, the fiber is conveyed and condensed; after removing part of the impurities and short fibers by the rotary dust filter, the material is stripped off by a stripping roller to supply the next machine.
    2. There are many sorts of condensers available for selecting; according to the position in the blow room line, condensers with different power and type could be selected.
    3. There is a bypass at the top, by opening which the fiber can be directly fed into the next machine.
    4. Power: 4 kW.
  9. Item 008 – Auto-Lever
    1. To monitor the actual batt weight of fiber passing over the load cell controlled apron and then making feed roll adjustments to compensate and thus give a constant web weight at the doffer.
    2. Working width: 2600 mm.
    3. Speed: maximum 10 meters per minute.
    4. Installed power: 0.75 kW.
    5. Sensor weighing range: 500 to 5000 gsm.
    6. Machine direction basis weight: CV value less than 2%.
  10. Item 009 – Air Laid Machine
    1. All kinds of mixed staple fibers are processed by high speed opening roller and fan, then form the web on the rotary dust filter.
    2. Frame of this machine is made by profiled bar and Q235 steel plate and shaped.
    3. High speed opening roller made of wooden base pin plate 2500 rpm dynamically balanced.
    4. One horizontal feeding apron and pair roller for feeding.
    5. Rotary dust filter is made of 2 mm plate.
    6. Fans with separate idler wheel, can be moved and fixed.
    7. Machine working width: 2600 mm.
    8. Production capacity: ≤700 kg/hour.
