  4. Condition and Repairs
    1. The other unit apparently does not need repairs as it is apparently mounted in a container or trailer and can be loaded at the port of Batangas south of Manila
    2. Price includes the GT1 repairs recommended by GE in the attached investigative report
    3. HPT replacement on GT1 only
    4. Lead time for repairs is 12-14 weeks based on current availability (subject to change)

    3. Control house: digital control system, generator protective relays, unit motor control center (MCC), batteries and battery charging system, HVAC control
