Description

  1. Overview
    1. This machine produces facial cotton pads in rectangular shape with or without heat-sealing on the edges by using cotton web.
    2. Cotton web is fed horizontally.
    3. Remote controller is equipped for convenient maintenance.
  2. Material
    1. 100% absorbent bleached cotton web: carded cotton or hydro-entangled nonwoven.
    2. Width: 920 mm wide as standard (1050 mm wide at maximum).
    3. Weight: 100 to 200 gsm depending on the size of pads.
  3. Products
    1. Width of pads can be adjusted by the location of longitudinal cutters.
    2. Length of pads is available from 40 to 70 mm (servo control as option).
  4. Heat Sealing Device (Option)
    1. Special designed 19 heat sealers make the both side edges of cotton pads sealed.
    2. The heat-sealers are equipped with a solid-state temperature control and over-temp safety controls.
    3. This heat-sealing device can be removed for the customer who wants to produce facial pads without heat-sealing.
  5. Manufacturing Process
    1. Unwinding – (heating-sealing on the both sides as an option) – longitudinal cutting – transversal cutting – counting.
  6. Capacity
    1. Production speed: 90 stroke/minute at maximum.
    2. Cutting: 18 cuts/stroke (1 cut = 50 mm width).
    3. Output: up to 1620 pieces of cotton pads in 50 mm x 60 mm per minute.
  7. Power Consumption
    1. SD-100H (servo type without heat-sealing): 3.1 kW.
    2. SD-100H/S (cam type with heat-sealing): 4.7 kW.
  8. Counting Desk
    1. The attached packing desk is moved to right and left side by air whenever the correct number of pads is reached so it enables the workers to separate the correct number of pads for packing.
