Overview

1. Machine is mainly used for automatic formation of N95 folding mask.

2. Whole roll of cloth is driven by roller after unwinding.

3. Cloth is wrapped automatically, ultrasonic welding is used for sealing, cutting is used for shaping.

4. Final N95 folding mask is collected manually at the downline.

5. Plane mask punching machine can automatically complete automatic feeding, folding and wrapping of the fabric.

6. Nose bridge is cut to a fixed length and then introduced into the wrapped fabric to make the mask body.
