- Business details you choose to share, such as the equipment you are looking for, a machine you want to sell, or what you need for a quote or an order.

We use your information to answer your enquiries, quote machines, process orders, arrange delivery and follow up with you. We also use basic usage data to keep the site secure and working well.
How we share your information
We never sell your information.
We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (email, hosting, payments and shipping), and only as far as they need it to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Text messages (SMS)
By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive messages from American Plant & Equipment, Inc. about your enquiries, quotes, orders and deliveries. Our enquiry form has two separate, optional boxes for this consent: one for customer care, delivery update and account notification messages, and one for sales and offers messages. We send you only the kinds of message you agreed to. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.
Your choices
- Email: you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by writing to us.
- Text messages: you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us.
- Your data: you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to sales@americanplantandequipment.com.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you think your information has been put at risk.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
