NovaStar, NN111, Meltblown Cloth Production Line, 1600mm, 100 m/min, 1270 kg/24h (New)

Description

  1. Overview
    1. Meltblown method produces fiber by blowing polymer melt with high temperature and high-speed air flow to get rapid stretching.
    2. Using the screw extruder, polymer chips are heated and pressurized into a molten state.
    3. The molten polymer reaches the spinneret hole at the front of the nozzle through the melt distribution channel.
    4. After extrusion, the polymer is refined by converging high-speed and high-temperature air flow.
    5. The refined fibers are cooled and solidified on the screen device to form melt blown nonwovens.
