  2. Operating Principle
    1. After closing the constant volume cavity with an airtight inspection cover, pump the system to a negative pressure of 1180 Pa
    2. No pressure change should be observed within 2 minutes after closing the control valve
    3. Install the sample to be measured on the constant volume cavity and ensure tightness
    4. At a pumping rate of not more than 500 ml/min, the system can reach a negative pressure of 1250 Pa and close the control valve
    5. Start timing when the negative pressure of the system drops to 1180 Pa, and record whether the time required for the system to return to normal pressure is less than 20 s
