  2. Features
    1. The machine can produce 3 to 6 layers of non-woven N95 duck-billed folding face mask, with nose bridge strip automatic cutting and pre-embedding, face mask shaping, breather valve hole punching, trademark printing, ear band welding, nose bridge sticking foam, folding and welding and rolling cut shaping etc.
    2. Ultrasonic power is used to match with mask shaped toothed model, ear band welding and V-shaped tooth model for compressing, welding ear band and folding and welding. Cutting shaped with rolling cut shaping cutter.
    3. No sparks, no peculiar smell and no damage during processing the non wovens.
    4. Mask shaped tooth model and rolling cut roller can be customized.
    5. Cover form tooth model and rolling cut roller are made of special alloy steel by special heat treatment, with wear resistance and long service life.
    6. The machine is controlled by PLC, with welding tool controlling system.
    7. Machine can produce masks continuously.
