Conveyor systems: antistatic PVC belt in conveyor which is good for electrostatic unibelt (Italy).
High speed: conveyor, press and bridges speed is 30 m/min.
Shape of line: line is transformed into (L), (T), (U) or straight (I) form by dividing with additional conveyor according to request or free space.
Cross conveyor: this conveyor directs carcass or mattress to different directions according to the shape of line (L), (T), (U).
Automatic height adjustment: automatic height adjustment according to mattress height.
Center gluing: glue application system with 4 nozzles from the center of the mattress.
