Description Overview Double pipe 1500 type filling machine for feather and down mixed pillows. Can load about 10 kg of material. Two motors: 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW for a total of 3.7 kW. Operated by foot valve for continuous material flow, allowing different pillow weights. No automatic weighing function; can be added for very small gram requirements. Specifications Common pipe sizes available: 12 mm, 19 mm, 28 mm, 38 mm, 50 mm, and 63 mm. Three pipe sizes provided freely; additional sizes can be customized. Test results with 38 mm pipe: 8 seconds to fill 400 g. Test results with 63 mm pipe: 1 second to fill 70-80 g. Filling a 1 kg pillow takes approximately 15 seconds. Pillow dimensions supported: 16 x 16 inches (1.5 lbs / 0.7 kg) and 30 x 30 inches (10 lbs / 4.5 kg). Ratios needed: 10% down and 90% feathers, 20% down and 80% feathers, or 30% down and 70% feathers.
